Refund policy

 

Because each watercolor commission is custom created specifically for one couple, all commissions are final sale.

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your commission.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of your commissioned artwork and before printing begins.

Your completed artwork will be shared with you before printing so any necessary corrections to agreed-upon details can be made. If there is an error with your order due to a mistake on my part or a printing defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can review the issue and determine the best solution.
