Terms of service
By placing a commission with Virginia Jackson Art, you agree to the following terms:
Payment
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your commission and begin the creative process.
The remaining balance is due upon approval of the completed artwork and before the printing process begins.
Commission Process
Each painting is custom created specifically for one couple.
An initial sketch will be provided for review before painting begins. This is the opportunity to request revisions to the composition and personalized details. Up to three rounds of sketch revisions are included with each commission. Additional revision rounds may be subject to an additional fee.
Once the sketch has been approved, painting will begin.
After the painting is complete, you will receive a preview of the finished artwork before printing.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because each commission is custom created specifically for one couple, all commissions are final sale.
The $150 deposit is non-refundable.
If an error occurs due to a mistake on my part or a printing issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can review the issue.
Copyright & Portfolio Use
Virginia Jackson retains the copyright to all artwork created.
I reserve the right to photograph and display completed artwork on my website, portfolio, and social media for promotional purposes.
If you would prefer that your artwork not be shared before your wedding, please let me know. I'm happy to wait until after your wedding date before publishing it.

Printed save the dates are currently shipped within the United States.
